Top Management
Director

General Manager
Reporting directly to the Director is the General Manager. This role is responsible for the overall operational management of the company, overseeing various departments and ensuring the implementation of the Director's strategic directives.
Project Management Department
Project Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing specific construction projects. This role involves managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and ensuring project completion according to specifications.
Project Engineer
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer provides technical support and expertise for the projects. This may involve design review, problem-solving, quality control, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards.
Safety Officer
Also reporting to the Project Manager, the Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment on project sites. This includes implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Project Supervisor
Reporting to the Project Engineer, the Project Supervisor directly oversees the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to the project plan.
Site Foremen
Reporting to the Safety Officer and potentially working closely with the Project Supervisor, Site Foremen are responsible for supervising specific teams of workers at different areas of the construction site. They ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
Masons/Painters/Carpenters/Labors
hese are the skilled and unskilled workers who perform the actual construction and finishing work on the project sites. They report to the Project Supervisor and Site Foremen.
Accounts Department
Head - Accounts
Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Accounts is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company. This includes managing accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring financial compliance.
Accountant
Reporting to the Head of Accounts, the Accountant is responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing payroll, and preparing financial statements.
Purchasing
Reporting to the Accountant, the Purchasing department is responsible for procuring materials, supplies, and equipment needed for the company's operations and projects. This involves vendor selection, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Sales Department
Sales Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to generate new business and achieve sales targets. This role involves managing the sales team and building client relationships.
Sales Executive(s)
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Sales Executives are responsible for direct sales activities, including identifying potential clients, presenting company services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
Sales Coordinator
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team. This may include managing sales documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other departments.
